Grocery List & Tips 


There is nothing like eating what you love!!! Lucky for you I have prepared a few grocery list to assist with meal planning! Check them out HERE



  • 2 large bananas (or 3 small)

  • 1 cup diced mango

  • 3 large strawberries (or 5-6 small)

  • Honey to taste




Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.   Add water to desired consistency (about 6-8 ounces).  Blend until smooth.



I often use frozen mango to save time, as well as frozen strawberries when fresh are out of season.  This is a such a delicious, refreshing treat, and it is one of my favorite smoothie recipes!  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
