- All Course Documents & Informational Handouts: Each client will receive all program materials and informational handouts to help you achieve your goals. These include a variety of illustrated PDFs that outline the eating plan, foods to eat and why, foods to avoid and why, recipes, healthy lifestyle tips, and other information that will help you reach your goals. You will also get shopping lists, recipes, and tips and tricks to help set you up for long-term success.
- Facebook Support Group Membership: Based on my personal experience, I have found that the support of a community of individuals is invaluable. Whether your goals are dietary in nature or not, the support of like-minded individuals can greatly improve your chances of success. Therefore, I have created a Facebook community in which members can go to exchange ideas with each other, share obstacles, and support each other along the way. The Facebook group can be an invaluable tool for those who use it as far as gaining a sense of community and support as you begin your new health journey. I also monitor the Facebook page and update it periodically with recipes, tips, and encouragement. I can provide answers to questions, and other members are also encouraged to share tips and tricks that may have helped them along the way. By helping each other, we all win!
- Unlimited coaching support: Clients will be given my email address and phone number, and they are free (encouraged!) to call, text, or email with any questions you may have along the way for the duration of 3 months. Are you at the store and need help picking out a supplement? Are you unsure of the ingredients in a food or beverage item? Do you need help planning a meal? Just text or email me! Phone calls must be scheduled, but texts and emails will be responded to as soon as I am able. Whether you have questions or simply need encouragement along the way, I am here to help you! My goal is to help you achieve your goals!
- Regularly-scheduled health coaching calls: These can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on the client's personal goals and desires. If desired, they can be more or less frequent. I want to leave this up to the client so I can best help them achieve their goals at pace they are comfortable with yet still allows them to succeed. During these phone calls, I will conduct a detailed analysis of your current dietary intake, as well as give a detailed explanation of the new eating plan and why it works. Clients can ask as many questions as they'd like, and I will be tailoring each eating plan to fit each client's needs, goals, and dietary restrictions. Based on your current diet, I can diagnose areas that may be sabotaging your health/energy/weight loss goals, as well as provide recommendations that will help you more easily transition to a healthier eating plan. At each successive phone call, we will review your progress since the previous phone call and troubleshoot any issues or questions you may have encountered along the way. New information will also be introduced at each phone call until I feel the you have a firm grip on the diet plan and have the knowledge you need to make smart health choices for yourselves and your families by the time you "graduate" from the program. From that point forward, we will review, refine, and discuss as desired/needed by the client. This lasts for 3 months.
